I bought this with the intention that it is silicone based serum, only to find out that it is water based. i have never heard of a water based serum so i was quite shocked but i already purchased it directly from Adorn beauty Retreat based off my friend’s review ( She’s Kennie’s client). it is really good i can see changes and new growth in my hair, edges and thickness of my hair . I gave it 4 star because i was not expecting it to be water based .
